I closed my number with a lot of difficulty and that closed my account. They credited my account and I thought that was the end of it. Now I received another bill that i can't access as I no longer have an account. I tried reaching out to customer services but the AI bot keeps sending me to the O2 app, which requires an account that I no longer have. Alternatively I need to call however my new contract blocks calls to international numbers outside of the EU. Is there anyone that would be able to give me advice on how to deal with this new mess as I am getting to the point where I am completely fed up of dealing with O2?
