Hi. I am costumer of o2 almost 7 months. Couple days ago I have a chat on o2 and they tell that I am eligible to upgrade. I make this I order a Samsung Fold 3 and pick-up from O2 Store în Luton. În the day that I have to pick-up O2 close my account. I have important phone calls and from call center tell me fraud reason. They give me an email o2fraudteam@o2.com. Anybody în my situation? Second day without o2simphone

If it has been passed to the fraud team, then no one in o2 is allowed to tell you any reasons, you will have to wait for o2 to complete their investigations.
