Hi all,
I placed an order yesterday for an upgrade and was lead to believe the phone would be available for collection today from my closest store in Medowhall. I've received order confirmation text and email but no despatch notice yet, although all emails I've had from O2 have come a couple of hours later even my order confirmation.
Which leads me to onto my question, even if it is due slow emails from O2, for having no despatch notice yet, should I have received anything from dpd to say my parcel is on its way to the store today?
