It's annoying that this happened though I'm not surprised. It says this re the click and collect service

Collecting your order

To collect your order in store, you'll need to bring your 4 digit collection reference, which you'll find on your confirmation email, and the credit/debit card you used to pay.

If someone's collecting for you, they'll need to bring the confirmation email which includes the 4 digit reference code and photo ID confirming both yours and their identity. This should be a passport or UK photo driving licence.

We'll look after your order for seven days – if you haven't collected by then we'll cancel the order and give you a refund.

He needs ID (passport, driving license etc) and the email with the PIN code for collection.

Thank you for your reply, is it just his ID needed or does he need mine? Only relating to what the text says about it.

If his ID shows the same address as yours, you can call ahead and give his details as being responsible for collection of your order, but he will need the PIN as it won't be released without that at all.

Hello, thank you slight_smile and upgraded the iPhone X

Just an update for anyone else that manages to have the same issue as me, my son went to the store today but wasnt succesful in picking up the phone as he was told he still needed mine so had to ring customer service and cancel the phone which is a bit annoying as this literally could of be avoided if there was information on what is needed for click and collect.

Thanks for the help though slight_smile
