Hello all,my click and collect order says it's 'completed' under the my orders section of my O2, but I'm yet to recieve a confirmation email/text. Does this mean that it's arrived in the store?

Thanks in advance,

mike

Give your chosen store a call to double check.

Check any spam folders and the email address you gave.

It would indicated that it has left the O2 warehouse but not necessarily arrived at it's destination yet.

Completed usually means that it has left  the warehouse and it is on it's way to the store.
