Two days I ordered a pay monthly phone I’m a new customer and I went in store to collect it cuz on the download receipt it said I could go collect it at such date but I got there they said it hasn’t arrived and I would get a text I’ve also saw that I need a confirmation email but don’t have one of those either I’m not sure what to do.

In this instance i would call Customer Services, as the store are correct you need a text and the confirmation email.

You will need to call o2 on 0844 809 0202 from a landline to order a new sim card.
when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
