Placed an order for click and collect TODAY on a phone upgrade, specifically picked the store in question as it said I could go in today and most of the others were saying tomorrow or Saturday.
my order is just sitting on processing, I’ve not got a collection code or anything, what’s going on? How long can it take?

It all depends on the store, and the application been accepted, and the store not having sold the handset before they got the notification,
Best thing to do is contact the Sales Team - message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
