Have purchased a PAYG Classic sim (free) but paid for £10 airtime from CPWH...
I've registered the SIM but it is showing £0 balance and I dont seem to have a top-up code.
Help appreciated

You may need to ask customer service to change the tariff for you and to recredit the sim.
