Claiming Rewards balance on Pay Monthly number?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I accumulated £4.50 in rewards when I was on Pay As You Go with O2, but when I bought a new phone 2 years ago I switched over to Pay Monthly.

I recently got a message that this balance is about to expire - is it possible to claim this money as credit towards a future Pay Monthly bill?

Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the community.

I would suggest you call 202 free from your o2 mobile and they should be able to do the rest.

Please let us know how you get on.

As it's 2 years ago you can ask customer service though I'm not too sure if they will transfer it now. I don't see why not though so give them a call on 202. I would suggest that you don't use webchat though.

Yes they can transfer any available credit up to £350 over to your pay monthly account from your payg account. This payg account would then shut.

I'm guessing here but it sounds like the PAYG account is already shut....?

I would have thought the original number had been migrated to contract 2 years ago?

Perhaps the OP doesn't keep the same number?
