Claim free product - invoice required

Hi there, trying to submit claim for free product with Huawei Pro P30 i got on 28th April. I cant find anything showing my invoice or order confirmation from o2 that has logo etc on. Please help thanks!

Hi you can download your invoice in a PDF form from your myO2.

Just save your order from your recent orders in your MyO2 as a pdf to attach to your claim.

There is nothing showing there. It's a new contract and my phone has been delivered. It doesn't show me old orders either
