How long does the procedure of notification of lost my phone?

filled out the form I have received 2 weeks ago and send back to o2.

And now I'm waiting and waiting......How much longer?

If your worried then give them a call to see how your claim is proceeding.

I'm sure they will settle when all the relevant documentation has been signed off.

I thought they offer replacements within 24-48 hours I would give them a call it shouldn't take 2 weeks if everything was done correctly

Replacements are usually within 24 hours, to the op have you received the replacement & awaiting one or are you waiting for a confirmation of your claim

I'll never want insurance with O2 . Not enough to wait 4 weeks for a new phone that they sent me the phone after the repair .    :womansurprised:
