My 10 year olds bill went out today and it was £260 as apparently she has been buying stuff on a game which she is saying she hasnt I cant get through on the phone what am I supposed to do especially at a time like this I can't afford to be paying things like that. Will I get my money back

My daughter has a 0 spend cap all my phones do and my children are educated my other 3 have never done anything like this she either done it by accident or not done it

That's the point of the premium scams - you don't actually have to sign up to be signed up.
Worth checking the bill and what it says on there - if Google/Play store then you know, otherwise it might carry on @Purdy...
