I recently changed tariff and called the support team to change the billing date for the direct debit to be the 1st of each month. I cannot see if this has or has not happened.

It usually changes when your next bill is generated, you should be able to check in myo2 under Direct Debit. If you can’t see it after the next bill is generated then call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217
