How can I move to a cheaper tariff? I have 11 months left on my contract but would really like to reduce my monthly outgoings. I never use even half of my allowances but the only tariff options in the My O2 app are more expensive than I'm currently paying.

If you are on a refresh contract taken after March 2018 you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I don't know if I'm on a refresh contract. According to the information in the link you provided, the tariffs available to me show in the MyO2 app but all of these tariffs are more expensive.

That would suggest you can't lower it then.

You could try calling customer service to check Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
