Has anyone attempted to contact O2 using Chat, today (Tuesday 21/8). There's a window that pops up, but nothing in it.

Windows 10 - Firefox - ABP disabled on site....

Just tried on Chrome and it's working OK for me.

Thanks everyone - no difference. The window opens with the usual blue bar across the top, otherwise the normal white. No message box, or welcome offered.

I'll keep at it - perhaps they know I want to moan grin

It's a switch on after being off for a while - so technically, yes.

No joy with cookies being the culprit.

Let's try edge ....nerd

Mmmm!

Edge works!

Something on Firefox! ABP is disabled on site, so it's not that.

Thanks all....

It's not unusual for it to play up.
Tomorrow you may find FF working and Edge not wink
