I have 2 pay monthly sims, one for iphone, one for ipad... both have data plans but I can't get any internet when out and about, and I can't get sms on the ipad sim. I desperately need to get access to the ipad sim, as the number is the one I used to set up my PayPal account and now I can't get access to that account. I just don't understand why none of it is working, and I can't find a number anywhere to talk to anyone.
PS. I have tried swapping the sims, but that didn't work either.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

iPads cannot receive sms messages so you'll need to change the number associated with those accounts.
Have you tried resetting your network connection for the data issue?

Have you just upgraded r taken a new contract out ?
If you upgraded your number may have been transferred to the ipad
