Chat problem

Hi

just tried to get my PAC code and the level of apathy I experienced was not what you would expect from a 'new' company trying to create a 'good customer friendly image' in what are trying times for both customers and companies alike.

It is my believe that my 'penny' helps make your 'pound' and if my 'penny' is not respected then O2 is not the place that Telefonica advertises itself in its public image. "Be more dog" is certainly the motto that their 'Live chat' operatives take literaly!

A dissapointed customer!

It depends on what the op wanted.

If they wanted a PAC code and live chat failed to give it then I agree.

If they asked for a PAC code but expected a deal to stay then live chat don't do that I believe.

They would need to ring O2 on 202 and speak to retentions.

A "new" company ?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Asking for and getting a PAC should be completely straightforward. They are obliged to give it to you. Call Cutomer Services tomorrow on 202 if Pay Monthly or 4445 if Pay & Go. They have to give it to you. Don't bother with Live Chat. They are useless.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
