This could be down to the browser you have, can you try another one?
I've just tried in Firefox and it's coming up as very busy right now.

I can't seem to get my mac(s) to use "chat now" features. I will try on a windows laptop later today...

I checked on a friends pc and was able to see the "chat now" option directly under the "Ask the O2 community" option, so I guess it's a browser issue...
