Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm writing to you as I'm utterly shocked to find out that your company has been sneakily charging me £6 a month since February for something that I do not use?
Can you please check on your system if you are charging the right card as I do not own any o2 sim card as I solely use Three mobile.
Please do write back to me on this matter.

You need to contact O2.
