Why am I getting charged for messing and calls when both are unlimited? There all normal Uk numbers ? Thanks

Some messages could be converted to MMS which are charged Guide: Accidental MMS Sending and How to Avoid it

For calls, check if they are all within allowances Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included
