I contacted O2 by chat and asked for a number to be blocked - I was advised to text STOP and I quote the advisor 'I promise you won't incur further charges'. I know this is petty but I want to prove a point - my smart phone told me I would get charged and I explained that - the advisor ignored my concerns and was not very helpful and I got charged £3.75. I want to oontest this charge on my bill but do not see a facility for that on thisi website. Can anybody help?
