I recently upgraded and paid off my remaining contract to start a new one. I have been further charged from my previous contract for January bill. Although I cleared the contract. Can someone look into this please as I was told all was cleared when I upgraded.

You may have had an outstanding amount left on your old contract which would have been reflected in your latest bill. As mentioned above, call 202  to check.
