- I have incurred excessive charges whilst outside the UK and Europe. My phone was on airplane mode and I used hotel Wi-fi.
Is it possible to obtain more detail regarding these charges?

Using the web version of MyO2, your bills should help: Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
Failing that, you will have to contact O2 CS, via 202 as your phone is PayMonthly, or via Social Media, links below this post, @PML60.
