I have a charge on my bill and I don’t know how it got there called “demon games” i just want to know how to this charge from happening

You should also ask Customer Service to apply the following bars to your account:

Direct to bill debits

Premium charges

which should ensure you don't have these charges on your account again.

Look up pay for it sucks they can help you and also call o2 up and ask for bars to be added to your account t it should stop ot happening again also best thing to do is look up demon games and call and ask them to give you a refund

Excuse me @b4u2?

This forum has helped with this problem! Probably far better than customer services ever could.

It doesn't help that you keep adding to every thread 'Contact customer services' when advice has already been given!
