I went on holiday on 24th until 10th December, and did not use my phone even though abroad, as it said I would be charged. Therefore I am unhappy that I have been charged onmy Bill for four lots of £4.99.
Why is this please when not using the phone.
Eric.

Hi @Anonymous I take it from the amounts of £4.99 you were outside of Europe?
Did you have O2 travel? Have a look and see if this helps

You say you didn't use your phone at all. Was it actually turned on. You can check a breakdown of the charges in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

@Anonymous Hi and a very Warm welcome to the Forum.
would you be able to give us some more info, what type of phone, where on holiday you went,
you mentioned the £4.99 charges, have you contacted customer care, the will be able to tell you what activated those charges, i.e. Message, data?
did you remove the sim from the phone and then replace it?
Always to help in the forum, but just so you know, this is a customer forum so we are limited as we don't see any systems, but there are a lot of good people on here that are knowledgable and helpful and we're always wanting to help people.
