On a trip outside the EuroZone (Ukraine) recently I needed to use my phone. I'd previously added the O2 Travel bolt on a couple of years ago, when I ended up with a large bill after using my phone in the States. I assumed the £4.99 per day charge would cover this trip, but I've ended up with a charge of £45.33 for using the phone abroad.
Is this correct?

It’s £4.99 a day so depending on how many days you used the phone then the charge maybe correct.

Sorry but you aren't covered by O2 Travel whilst in Ukraine

Ah, ok guys!
Thanks for the speedy replies.
Although it's saying that the charge would be capped at £40.00 per month whilst abroad. We were only in the Ukraine for 2 days tops.
Ah well, better pay it so we're not cut off!

Well at £7.20/MB for data that's less than 6MB. 'course calls and texts are not included in the data cap. Criminal data charge in my humble opinion!
