I have been Canada since the 5th July and I've been charged the daily abroad fee every day but I have no service, data,phone or SMS. Why

Yes I've tried manual searching networks, APN has been double checked.

There is two main problems here obviously beeing charged is one the other is that non of my two stag verification apps now work. As I have no SMS.

What model phone do you have? Is it showing a network name? There must be some slight connection for your account to be charged.

If the chat app actually worked it would not be as much of an issue, or they answered Twitter messages.

Or im sure there seeing a connection or attempts which is what I've been charged for, but I don't have any O2 connection showing at all.

Finally sorted via Twitter, I've been blocked for a month but still getting charged 4.99 for travel abroad, no explanation for either but sorted finally. Thanks for all your helpful suggestions.
