I have been Canada since the 5th July and I've been charged the daily abroad fee every day but I have no service, data,phone or SMS. Why

Can't use any service to even contact customer service as there is no email support, can't call or SMS mobile will not work as no data and auto chat never working or busy

Your phone must be connecting to the network or else O2 wouldn't know you were abroad.

If you cannot call then live chat is an option if you can't borrow a phone or use a landline.

@keithgriffiths  You can contact customer service tomorrow on +44800 032 1402 using any phone or Skype. 8-8.30 am UK time is the best time to call to avoid a long wait on hold.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
