I have brought itunes items which have been taken from my bank account, but my bill now has this amount on it for payment. I don't want them taking this twice! How do I get help from O2 when virtual assistant does not recognise my query?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

You may be better speaking to Apple as they will have passed the charges onto O2, and also check Apple have actually taken the money, before using the secondary method
