@JBCindy

You can use your allowances with no extra charges

http://international.o2.co.uk/internationaltariffs/travelling_abroad

Europe Zone rates

  • When in:
  • Portugal
  • Calling:
  • United Kingdom (UK)

The country you're visiting is in our Europe Zone. That means your data, minutes and text allowances will work just like they do at home.

You'll be able to make calls and send texts back home or within our Europe Zone, like you'd normally do in the UK.

When you use data it'll just come out of your allowance. Any data you use over your allowance will be charged at our standard Europe Zone rate.

If you need more data, you can add a Bolt On - the options and cost are the same as if you were in the UK.

Find out more about using your phone in our Europe Zone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
