Charges abroad without roaming or data on

Hey there,
You know how is possible that even if I had the phone with data and roaming completely switched off, I got some multiple mini charges for data?!?! Value is nothing but is not good that you can have charges even when completely disconnected 😕

@Paolo82 This is a customer community, not O2. There is no way for anyone here to know if you had everything on your phone completely turned off.

Yes on my O2 is where I saw the charges as data, few super little ones, talking about cents so no big deal... But looked strange with all off ( and yes it was all off otherwise charges would have been much much higher ), that is why I was wondering if happened to somebody else before...
