Hi,
Phone was used in greece and most of the data was at zero cost. But one day there is a large charge of £42 but then after zero costs again. Is there a reason for this. The phone was used just in the one place on holiday the whole time. Data from bill below.
Many thanks everyone.

Using a Turkish network can incur costs but as you weren’t charged on other days,I would call o2 to question it.

Thanks. I guessed that Turkish networks may charge if they get picked up. I imagine one charges and the other doesn't. Knowing how long it takes to get through security and stuff with O2 I won't call in :). The contract is in my Ex's name and the phone is with my daughter who lives elsewhere. Last time I tried to sort something I was on the phone for over an hour and gave up!

You can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this if you wish.
