I'm sure it is only Motorola handsets that no longer come with a charger, just the USB charging cable.

What handset is it you have?

Sorry just read you have an iPhone 5!!

These definitely still come with a charger. I would contact customer services or ring Apple directly.

If the upgrade hasn't arrived yet wait, it will have a charger in the box. The part you read on the site was more than likely generic space filler

My Xperia didn't come with a charger as it's the same as the 5 standard Android USB chargers I already have in the drawer at home.
