Charged wrong amount

Hi,

I ve just upgraded to a Sim onlt 2Gb unlimited tariff. I have received some text messages to say that this has now been completed.

On logging in to My O2, I can see that the tariff has indeed switched over (great). I now shows 2gb data allowance, unlimited test and unlimited calls.  However it also shows that the monthly amount is £18.00. When I selected this tariff is was for £15.30 (as it was £18.00 save 15%). I have checked the website again just to make sure and it still stated the monthly price as £15.30.

Please can you tell me why I'm being charged the full £18.00 and not £15.30?

I look forward to your reply.

My discount shows as a bolt on. Don't worry it will be deducted on your next bill.

@Anonymous This is a customer to customer forum. @jonsie is correct, but if you need to clarify anything related to charges on your account you would need to speak to customer service, which is a free call on 202 from your mobile. Do not try to do this via Live Chat. Best time to call is weekdays between 8 and 8:30 am.

It will show as an adjustment in your bill breakdown.
I have a similar deal and it shows the full tariff price but if you go into the bill breakdown (once you receive one) it will show an adjustment.
