o2 sadly lacking in truth department just found out when i changed to sim only o2 to o2 is now charged pity they forgot to me before hand now to late big bill.hae left them after 9yrs

What made you think they were free on the tariff you moved to?

You should always check the tariff yourself rather than take things for granted. It's easier enough in My O2 so you can't blame O2 for your own negligence.

Actually I think the sim only tariffs are the easiest to understand. .....

did you ask about 02 to 02 calls? would say the agent sold you the contract giving you key information. its like opening a bank account, the key information is mentioned, and you are expected to read the small print later. That's why you get a cooling off period.
