Charged twice.

Hi I think I may of been charged twice I paid off a bill via phone and got a ref number etc saying payment successful however follow evening I got a text saying bill over due WTF so I did it again and got a receipt number for this one checked my app and it now says -£63 etc so what do I do to get my money back and what can I do if it comes up again tomorrow I've paid twice already and don't want my phone shut down 😞

Tbf it shouldn't happen in the first place there system should not have this prob god knows how many times this has happened to me or others good job I spotted it and money is tight these days and my bill is much as it is being not what its meant ie 39-40 a month but always seems to be in the 60s and now I get charged twice lol 😕
