But bare in mind if you on Refresh, you may see 2 direct debits, (billing platform dependent), or if you have not made a payment.

If your account is in credit then request a refund via the online account (or leave it there for next month). I think you also need to work out why you have been charged twice so it does not happen again next month. Are they both the identical amount?
