Charged twice this month. How can I take my money back ?

You will need to contact the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217

 But bare in mind if you on Refresh, you may see 2 direct debits, (billing platform dependent), or if you have not made a payment.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If your account is in credit then request a refund via the online account (or leave it there for next month).  I think you also need to work out why you have been charged twice so it does not happen again next month.  Are they both the identical amount?
