Charged twice for bill this month

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I paid this months bill manually when my money got cleared in my account on Saturday 17th Nov, it looks like I have been charged twice though, I'm guessing the DD for my phone went through anyway (maybe I paid too close to the DD going through)?

Anyway, what can I do to get the 2nd charge refunded?  I don't want to be paying twice for one bill..

Thanks,

If you want you can leave it and they will take next months bill from the credit on your account, or call CS (202) and ask them to refund it to your bank account.

I didn't know that was possible, thanks. I think I'll just leave it then - let them take next months from the credit.. rather just do that than wait forever for a refund..

Thanks MI5 & jonsie.
