Charged me extra

O2 charged me for my normal uk call as I have unlimited call tarif.
I called to sort out , she said we give you credit next bill but they didnt .
Why charge me extra ? On my April bill....

02 charged me for uk call as I have unlimited call tariff.
I called them and she said " we will give you £5 credit " last month but still they didn't.!!
I think I have my right now leave o2 and get all my money back!!

And then I call them again after 1 month (because I was waiting for my bills if they did ) she said same thing still they offer me £5 credit..!( charged me £3.24 for uk call must be free)
I have been with o2 16 years with 3 numbers but o2 makes me on trouble always..!!
