Hello. I have O2 I’ve been abroad for the last 3 months. I got charged for things I haven’t ordered and I can’t find a free telephone number from abroad to speak with any O2 representative. The website it’s made so people do not get in touch with any representative apparently since there’s no option to get in touch with anyone. I should be paying £16,64 per month and this month my bill is for 36,64 when I didn’t order any O2 sim as it is said in my bill. So I really need to speak with someone to clarify this. Also 2 months ago they charged me wrong too. I think this is abusing of people’s trust and time. Please contact me and help me. My number is xxxxxxxxxxx. My name is Gabriela Rizzo.

You need to call O2.

All numbers are in this guide

You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
