I received a text stating I had less than 250mb of data left a week ago. Today I received a text that I had used all of my data and was immediately charged £2 for an extra 100mb of data that I did not want or ask for. I would like a refund of that £2 as I did not want extra data. O2 only lets you top up between £10 and £30, so with my bundle being £10 I only top up £10. I would not like to top up a further £10 just because O2 decided to charge me for something without fair warning.

Thanks in advance for any help.

@DanD703

It automatically charges you £2 a day for data when you've used your allowances.

It's covered in the T&C's.

You'll need to call customer service on 4445 to request a refund and turn off mobile data as it will charge you every day.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
