Solved: Charged for calls i never made?

I pay £11 a month and i have had nearly £80 taken out of my account for calls and services i havent used.ive called o2 and some woman said you have check the numbers youve rang on your account.what do i do?

Log into myo2 and check the items that have been charged.
Once you've located them call CS back and get them to explain as you have not made these calls or (more likely) Used the charged services.

Check the numbers you have dialled against these here Special Numbers - O2

Also check if texts have been sent as mms.
