My contract with o2 ended a few months ago so I got a new phone and when I requested a pac code to transfer my number over it said there's £81.10 left of charges. However, when I go to my o2 it says the balance left on the contract is 0 so where are the fees? The contract has been paid and I want to change, now where is this £80 coming from?

@cba1

I assume you have still been paying your contract with O2 so I guess you've paid off wat you owe by now?

You'll need to call customer service to confirm.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
