@Steph82

Somehow you must have made the calls. Call charges are not the same as premium text services, in that you can't be charged for receiving a call, only making them.

I'd suggest the best thing to do is call customer services as advised by @liggerz87 and also ask them to put an international call bar on your account as this will prevent any further issues.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This sounds very weird. The OP is convinced they didn't make the calls to India, so I'm wondering how it happened. Unless it was a number which was re-routed.

The only people who can confirm what's happened are customer services @Steph82

Give them a call via the number in this link https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

The best time to call is between 8-830am. Don't use live chat.

Best of luck and welcome to the forum Welcome

Hi @Steph82, just wanted to check as it's been a few days, how are you getting on with this? Have you made any progress with customer service about the calls?
