Charged for Disney + but can't speak to anyone

Hi,
After reading online that Disney + was free for new customers I made the mistake of adding it to my account and I've been charged. I've tried calling O2 but just get cut off. I want it removing but have no way of doing this without speaking to someone,
I'd rather wait on hold to speak to someone rather than just getting cut off.
Can anyone help??

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
