Hi,

I have been charged extra on my 02 bill for Disney + which I don’t use anymore and haven’t used in a while. My Disney + subscription was cancelled a while ago and I still have been charged for this.

How did you cancel it, was this with Disney or with o2..

Full details on how to cancel the extra can be found here, if you haven't cancelled it with o2 (as all o2 do is pass on the charge from Disney)
