I have just signed up for a new package with Virgin Media which includes a sim with O2. Just received a bill ALREADY and haven't even got my sim or using it so how can O2 start charging me already?

O2 start charging at point of order.
They will refund you any days up to the point you receive your sim.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
