Hi, I have recently tried to start a direct debit for galaxy buds Pro. I had entered my card details and got as far as the legal stuff. I ended up closing the page and thought that I was done with it. I checked my bank to see that they took the one-time payment of £30 out of my account. I then checked my orders and direct debits and from what I can tell, they have taken out the one-time payment but had not completed the order. So how would I go about either refunding the £30 or setting up the direct debit, because I don't believe that they will actually be sending the buds.

It will probably be a pending payment which means O2 don't have the money and it will be returned to your bank account in 4 to 5 days in line with your banks policy.
