Charged £26 for data i didnt use!!

Hi, I recently went to Ireland for 17 days,i have got an Iphone 4s & it would not allow me to access the internet whatsoever when i switched roaming on,i tried it on numerous occasions & find it utter daylight robbery if im expected to pay for a service i didnt get!!

international data roaming is now £1.99 per day & not £3 per mb as used to be

Yes i had a text telling me that but as i said,it wouldn't let me connect,that's why im annoyed that i have been billed for something i didn't have use of!!

it still uses data all the time. were any apps that use your location running at the time. phone cs on 202 from your pay monthly mobile or speak to an online dvisor using live chat. contact us at bottom of page then click on live chat when it pops up
