I have been making Whattsapp call to my parents abroad over Christmas and was charged £150 for a 56 minute call on 18 Dec. Strangely this call is not in my IPhone history at all. Then on 25 Dec I was charged £7 for a 2 minute call to the same number. Direct debit paid it without warning. So I think it is time for a change!! Seriously O2 that is shocking!

There issue using WhatsApp that should wifi drop out then the phone's calling allowance is used, meaning essentially an international call and subsequent charges are incurred
Best option is to always turn on flight mode when making a Whatsapp call
Also, you can't call a landline phone using Whatsapp
